The need

Before Set2Go, inductions were managed by emailing PowerPoints and quiz documents back and forth: chase the attachment, hope it came back completed, then hunt for proof when someone asked later.

The main pain wasn't only the gate-side site induction. It was employee and contractor onboarding: getting people through the company induction pack properly, knowing who had finished, and keeping that record without a trail of emails and PDFs.

Set2Go was delivered to close that gap: put the pack you already use on the phone, timestamp that each slide was viewed, lock the quiz until the deck is done, and keep a clear record of who passed, who's expired, and who never started.

What shipped first

  • Company workspace with invite-only crew (no public self-signup at the gate)
  • Upload your existing .pptx, rendered slide-by-slide on mobile
  • Timestamped progress on every slide, every attempt
  • Quiz locked until the full deck has been viewed
  • Pass / expired / retake status, with a certificate when they pass

Then it grew with the workflow

Once onboarding inductions were solid, the same product absorbed the next messy steps that happen at the gate, so the boss isn't juggling email packs for hiring and a separate clipboard for who's on site today.
