I've been working in IT since 2015: support, infrastructure, and the awkward gaps between systems that never quite talk. Actual IT is the practice I built around that: a short client list, straight answers, and software when the off-the-shelf tools stop fitting how you actually work.
Same person scopes the project, fixes the outage, and ships the build. Context compounds instead of getting lost between a helpdesk and a developer you've never met.
Why deliberately small beats big.
Most IT providers measure success in ticket volume and billable hours. Their incentive is for things to break often enough to keep billing. Ours is the opposite: a short client list means problems get prevented, not milked.
You'll never be handed to a junior learning on your time. There are no juniors. The person who scopes your project is the person who builds it, and the person who answers when something goes wrong at 7am.
Being small also means we can go deeper than support. Because we hold the keys to your environment and understand how your business runs, we can build the custom software and automation most providers can only talk about.
